By accessing or using EDUNEST, including our website, mobile applications, and school dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using EDUNEST on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EDUNEST after changes means you accept the updated terms.

EDUNEST provides a cloud-based school management platform that may include:

• Live bus tracking and student transport management.
• AI-powered attendance management for teachers and students.
• Homework, assignments, and study-material distribution.
• Parent notifications via WhatsApp and email.
• School notice board and announcements.
• Fee management and payment reminders.
• AI school assistant and teacher dashboard.
• Student performance analytics and reports.
• Emergency alerts and broadcast messaging.

Specific features available to a school depend on the plan selected. We may add, modify, or remove features as we improve the platform.

Schools are responsible for creating and managing user accounts for their staff, teachers, students, and parents. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

• School administrators must assign roles and permissions appropriately.
• Users must not share login credentials or impersonate others.
• Schools must promptly disable access for staff who leave.
• Parents and students may only use accounts created and authorised by the school.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using EDUNEST, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Send unsolicited, harassing, or fraudulent messages through EDUNEST notifications.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the platform.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell EDUNEST without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

Schools and users retain ownership of the data they upload, including student records, attendance, grades, and messages. EDUNEST pvt.Ltd does not claim ownership of your school data.

By using EDUNEST, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide and support the platform. We will not sell your data or use it for advertising.

You represent that you have the right to share any student, parent, or staff data you upload, and that the school has obtained any necessary consent required under applicable law.

EDUNEST is offered at a standard rate of ₹99 per student per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Billing is typically based on active student count. Schools are responsible for payment of applicable taxes and fees.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may be updated with prior notice to the school.
• Refunds are provided only where required by law or at our discretion.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the account.

We aim to keep EDUNEST available and reliable. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We will try to provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

Support requests can be sent to officialedunest@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe based on the severity of the issue.

EDUNEST is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUNEST pvt.Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

While we take security seriously, we do not guarantee that the platform will be completely free from errors, security breaches, or data loss. Schools are responsible for maintaining their own backups where required.

A school may terminate its EDUNEST subscription at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if payment is not received.

Upon termination, we will delete or return school data in accordance with our data retention policy and any applicable legal requirements. Some data may be retained for legal, security, or audit purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We encourage schools to contact us first to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these Terms of Service as EDUNEST evolves. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated to school administrators through the app or by email.
